Empire State Building Run-Up Videos

As stated in the MPH IceBox, here are two fun videos that show me during the Empire State Run-Up. I am in the white visor (though not really an important item to wear in the stairwell, I always wear a hat or a visor when running...) You may have to paste the URL's directly in the browser as the links don't always work.

You'll have to copy and paste this in your browser. It's the start of the race and it shows how rough it can get.
